The quirky Off-Off-Broadway troupe Target Margin Theatre delivers its take on William Shakespeare's Measure for Measure at the Cornelia Connelly Theatre, Sept. 23. The production began previews Sept. 16 for a run through Oct. 10.
Known for their post-modern stylings, multi-level production realities, and enveloping sound design, Target Margin and its artistic director David Herskovitz have previously attacked such Shakespeares as Titus Andronicus, Cymbeline and Hamlet. The company has also mounted more contemporary works such as Preston Sturges' Strictly Dishonorable and Dorothy and DuBose Heyward's Mamba's Daughters.
Measure features TM regulars Will Badgett, Mary Neufeld and Greig Sargeant, among others.
