News Max Crumm, Hannah Elless, Janet Krupin and More Set for Free "Broadway's Future" Concert "Broadway's Future Songbook Series" — presented by Arts and Artists at St. Paul — will continue April 27 in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.

Produced by Erica Ruff, the free evening will be hosted and directed by John Znidarsic with musical direction by Landon Braverman and Jacob Yates. The 6 PM concert will spotlight the work of the up-and-coming songwriting team of Braverman and Derek P. Hassler. Interpreting their songs will be Sherz Aletaha, Max Crumm, Camille Eanga-Selenge, Hannah Elless, Janet Krupin, Bruce Landry, Mary Kate Morrissey, Catherine Ricafort and Sam Simahk.

Landon Braverman (music) and Derek P. Hassler (book and lyrics) are a musical theatre writing team based in New York. Together they have written Queen of the West, which won the awards for Best Musical and Best Score in the Manhattan Theatre Mission's "New Musicals Showcase." Their musical Choices played an award-winning run Off-Broadway as part of the West Village Musical Theatre Festival, was produced by NAAP for their "Discover" series, was a top 10 Finalist in the Ken Davenport Short Play Competition, and was also presented in concert in Chicago.

The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts' Bruno Walter Auditorium is located at 111 Amsterdam Avenue and 65th Street.
