Off-Broadway News Merchant’s House Will Present A Christmas Carol for 7th Year The holiday show, performed by John Kevin Jones, returns to the East Village.

The spirit of Charles Dickens returns to Merchant's House this holiday season with a return engagement of A Christmas Carol. The show heads to the historical venue for the seventh consecutive year in an engagement running November 29–January 5, 2020.

John Kevin Jones portrays the writer in the one-hour performance, entertaining audiences with his beloved tale in the 1832 house—the only preserved, intact 19th-century home in the city. Rhonda Dodd directs, having co-adapted the story with Jones

Select performances will also include Christmas Spirit!, a cocktail reception in the house's kitchen.
