Vocalist Michael Bubl_'s It's Time, a collection of standards and pop songs, made its first appearance on the Billboard jazz chart this week at number one.

The album, Bubl_'s second studio recording, includes renditions of Cole Porter's "I've Got You Under My Skin," Gershwin's "A Foggy Day (in London Town)," and the Beatles' "Can't Buy Me Love."

Trumpeter Chris Botti's When I Fall in Love dropped to number two after 15 weeks in the top spot; each of the successive three discs on the chart—Madeleine Peyroux's Careless Love, Diana Krall's The Girl in the Other Room, and David Sanborn's Closer—dropped one spot, to numbers three, four, and five.

I Have the Room Above Her, from drummer Paul Motian, guitarist Bill Frisell, and saxophonist Joe Lovano, entered the chart at number 14. Last Quaret Moon, the debut album from singer and pianist Chiara Civello, appeared for the first time at number 25.

The top three spots on the contemporary jazz chart remained the same, with Kenny G's At Last... The Duets Album at number one, Pat Metheny's The Way Up at number two, and Jamie Cullum's twentysomething at number three.
