Running in repertory from April 30-May 17, Galileo will be paired with the ten-minute Science Plays, which are penned by Milk Can playwrights and document different moments in the history of science. Galileo begins performances April 30, while The Science Plays premiere May 2.

Brecht's Galileo, according to press notes, "chronicles the life and tragic fall from grace of seventeenth century Italian philosopher and mathematician Galileo Galilei. Forced to choose between his scientific discoveries and the beliefs of the Catholic Church, Galileo recants his teachings to spare himself from physical torture."

Julie Fei-Fan Balzer directs a cast that features Matt Biagini, Natalie Caruncho, James Caulfield, Ryan Clardy, Robert A. Felbinger, Alex Herrald, Jed Peterson and Maria Silverman.
