We're not sure, but Tony Award-winner Lin-Manuel Miranda, the creator, composer, lyricist and original star of Broadway's In the Heights, will appear on TV's "Sesame Street" as a bird realtor who's trying to convince everyone's favorite 8-foot-2-inch yellow bird to leave his famous nest at 123 Sesame Street.
