D'oh! There's more Machomer in store for Toronto. Writer performer Rick Miller will add two performances of Machomer: The Simpsons Do Macbeth at 2PM and 8PM Sept. 1 at the Queens Quay Centre. A Canadian hit, Machomer returned July 30 to the Premiere Dance Theatre for a run though Sept. 8. Machomer is "85% Shakespeare" with Homer playing Macbeth, Marge as Lady Macbeth and cameos from 50 favorite residents of Springfield, transforming one of Shakespeare's bloodiest meditations on ambition and greed into a one-man comedy tour de-force.

Miller's other credits include Art?, babaloo&ganoosh, Slightly Bent and voice work on "Mona the Vampire" and "Turtle Island." He most recently appeared in the Soulpepper Theatre's production of Present Laughter.
