When it closes, Luigi Creatore's work will have played a total of 68 performances (including 17 previews).

Former "M*A*S*H" favorite Jamie Farr and actress Anita Gillette co-star in Flamingo Court, which began previews July 17 and officially opened July 31.

Farr and Gillette play several roles apiece in the new work, which is directed by Steven Yuhasz. The cast also features Lucy Martin, Herbert Rubens and Joe Vincent.

Flamingo Court comprises three one-act comedies. The design team includes scenic designer Jim Youmans, costume designer Carol Sherry, lighting designer Herrick Goldman and sound designer David Arnold.

At Flamingo Court, press notes state, "each floor is another story with a lesson to learn. Sex after 60's no sin. Where there's a will, there's a way (for your kids to fight over their inheritance). And love, at any age, can be a new and beautiful thing." Producers are Theater 21 and Carolyn Rossi Copeland.

Farr's first film role was Santini in "The Blackboard Jungle." Appearances on "The Red Skelton Show" and "The Danny Kaye Show" followed, but it was his work as Corporal Klinger that brought the actor the most fame. His other screen credits include "The Greatest Story Ever Told," "Cannonball Run" and "Catch Me If You Can." Farr toured with The Will Rogers Follies and played Oscar Madison in a national tour of The Odd Couple; he made his Broadway debut in the hit revival of Guys and Dolls.

Gillette was Tony-nominated for her performance in Neil Simon's Chapter Two. Her numerous Broadway appearances also include Gypsy, Carnival!, All American, Mr. President, Kelly, Guys and Dolls, Don't Drink the Water, Cabaret, Jimmy, They're Playing Our Song and Brighton Beach Memoirs.

New World Stages is located in Manhattan at 340 West 50th Street. Tickets, priced $57-$72, are available by calling (212) 239-6200 or by visiting www.telecharge.com.
