News Musical Presentation of Les Miserables, With Tim Molyneux, Randal Keith, Benjamin Loewy, Carnell Johnson, Begins Feb. 7 A musical presentation of the international hit Les Misérables, the acclaimed adaptation of Victor Hugo’s famous tale of Jean Valjean, is presented Feb. 7-8 and 14-15 at 7 PM at UNLV’s Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall.

The Las Vegas events are led by musical director Bill Fayne. Andrew Wright, head of Ragtag Entertainment, produces.

The evenings benefit UNLV’s Performing Arts Center and School of the Arts in addition to Golden Rainbow, a nonprofit organization that provides housing and financial assistance to those with HIV and AIDS living in Southern Nevada.

The cast includes Tim Molyneux as Jean Valjean (Feb. 7-8), Randal Keith as Jean Valjean (Feb. 14-15), Benjamin Loewy as Javert (Feb. 7-8), Carnell Johnson as Javert (Feb. 14-15), Ellie Smith as Eponine, Bruce Block as Thenardier, Kellie Wright as Madame Thenardier and Ayler Evan as Enjolras. The ensemble includes Alex Mendoza, Cyndi Lee, Ian Gargantiel and Marco Varela.

The hit musical will return to Broadway later this season at the Imperial Theatre.
