The official opening is scheduled March 23 for a run that is booking through June 4. It is co-produced with Headlong, whose artistic director Jeremy Herrin has helmed it. Denise Gough will reprise her performance as Emma, an actress whose life has spun recklessly out of control because of her addiction to drink and drugs. She was having the time of her life. Now she's in rehab. Her first step is to admit that she has a problem. But the problem isn't with Emma, it's with everything else. She needs to tell the truth. But she’s smart enough to know that there’s no such thing. When intoxication feels like the only way to survive the modern world, how can she ever sober up? Also in the cast are Jacob James Beswick, Alastair Cope, Jacqui Dubois, Sally George, Barbara Marten, Kevin McMonagle and Laura Woodward. The production is designed by Bunny Christie (the Tony Award winning designer of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, with costumes by Christina Cunningham, lighting by James Farncombe and sound by Tom Gibbons.
