Naughton replaces the previously announced Anthony Salatino who was to direct and choreograph the production running June 10-28. Naughton now stages the revue with choreography by Dan Knechtges. Devised by David Armstrong, Mark Waldrop and Bruce W. Coyle, the revue celebrates the life and work of the composer of Kiss Me, Kate; Anything Goes; and Can-Can.

Some 48 Porter songs are included in Hot 'n Cole including "You're the Top," "It's De-Lovely,' "Night and Day," "I Love Paris," "Anything Goes," "Just One of Those Things" and "In the Still of the Night." Casting will be announced at a later date.

James Naughton earned Tony Awards for his performances in City of Angels and the revival of Chicago. He directed the Broadway revivals of Our Town (which transferred from Westport) and The Price, and his screen credits include "Brooklyn Bridge," "The Cosby Mysteries," "Ally McBeal," "The Devil Wears Prada," "The Good Mother," "The Glass Menagerie" and "The Paper Chase."
