The star of Broadway's Chicago, Sweet Charity, Damn Yankees and A Chorus Line performs the 7:30 PM concert of sophisticated stories and song as a benefit for the Sheldon's forthcoming season. Neuwirth received Tony Awards for her work in the Broadway revivals of Sweet Charity and Chicago. On Broadway she has also appeared in Fosse, Damn Yankees, Little Me, Dancin' and A Chorus Line. She earned an Emmy Award for her work on the hit television series "Cheers" and can be seen in the films "Summer of Sam," Jumanji" and "The Associate." Neuwirth also participated in the workshop of the Broadway-aimed musical The Addams Family, which will make its world premiere in Chicago this fall.
