Voice, which operates under Hyperion Books, will release the inspirational memoir, which will explore her career as a comedian with beginnings at Chicago's Second City troupe, to roles on film and television.

It is expected that "Happy Accidents" will also delve into Lynch's acceptance of her own sexuality and how she overcame her battle with alcoholism. Lynch told the Times that the book was born from a series of talks she was asked to give following her success on "Glee."

Lynch told the Times, "Sue Sylvester didn’t come out of a vacuum. She's someone that lives very deeply in me. I kind of liked that shaming, vengeful energy during different periods of my life. I was in therapy and I was complaining about somebody not following the rules, and my therapist basically started laughing at me and said, you must write a monologue about this, because it’s hilarious stuff."

"Glee" returns to Fox Feb. 6 following the Super Bowl.
