Directed by Thomas Caruso, the production will officially open Oct. 6. 

The cast is led by Annette O'Toole as Robert Eads and Jeff McCarthy as Lola with Jeffrey Kuhn and Todd Cerveris as well as Allison Briner, Lizzie Hagsteadt, Natalie Joy Johnson, David Lutken, Robin Skye and Joel Waggoner.

Southern Comfort features book and lyrics by Dan Collins and music by Julianne Wick Davis. The musical is described as a "uniquely American musical with a folk/bluegrass score...based on the true story of transgender friends living life openly, honestly, and courageously in rural Georgia."

The production has costume design by Patricia Doherty, lighting design by Ed McCarthy, scenic design by James Fenton, choreography by Shea Sullivan and musical direction by Emily Otto. Stage manager is Joan H. Cappello.

Performances will continue through Oct. 29. Show times are Wednesday-Saturday at 7 PM.
