The question at the heart of the musical by Pulitzer Prize nominee Richard Vetere (book), Jeffrey Lodin (music) and William Squier (lyrics) is this: Are our lives decided by fate or by the choices we make?

Inspired by a real event that happened in Queens, the show begins when a baby falls from a sixth floor window, only to be saved by a boy below. "This leads to a chain of events that plays out 30 years later when they both fall in love with the same woman," according to the creators. "Their story is told by an Italian-American restaurant owner with a secret that may change [the] outcome."

Brett A. Bernardini directs a cast that includes Mark Lotito (Fiddler on the Roof), Barbara Marineau, Charma Bonanno, David Bonanno and Jonathan Todd Ross.

A Hundred Years Into the Heart is presented by Angella's Partners, Ltd. and Yarra Capital Entertainment in association with the Spirit of Broadway Theatre.
