Newsies and Bandstand star Corey Cott will join Kim Cattrall, Aubrey Dollar, Benjamin Levy Aguilar, and Mark L. Young in the new Fox drama pilot Filthy Rich, about the family of a Christian media mogul whose world is rocked when the family patriarch dies in a plane crash.

The family's billion-dollar empire is threatened when it is revealed that their father had other children who are also named in his will. Things get heated when the new heirs step forward with their claim to the media empire.

According to Deadline, Cott will play Eric Monroe, the Senior VP of Operations at the conservative Christian Sunshine Network. Cattrall stars as matriarch Margaret Monroe, who attempts to cover the scandal by paying the other children off.

Written and directed by The Help writer Tate Taylor, Filthy Rich is based on a New Zealand series of the same name.
