The actress made her Broadway debut in Starlight Express and has also appeared in Tartuffe, Company, Once Upon a Mattress and Grand Hotel. Known for her previous TV work on "Ally McBeal," she also starred in the NBC television musical "A Christmas Carol" and in such films as "Pretty Persuasion," "Go," "Dance with Me" and "Alfie."

The show originates from Silver Cup Studios in Long Island City, NY. Executive producers are Lorne Michaels, Tina Fey, JoAnn Alfano, Marci Klein and David Miner. For more information, visit the NBC website at www.nbc.com.
