Jonathan Stahl directs and choreographs the musical inspired by the Fellini film "8 ½" that began previews Feb. 18 and runs through April 24.

Joining Cuccioli as his wife, Luisa Contini, is Glory Crampton. The duo originally co-starred together in Yeston and Kopit's Phantom.

The cast also features Julie Tolivar (Giant, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) as Carla, Lauren Blackman (Phantom) as Claudia, Dana Moore as Liliane LaFleur, Emily Zacharias (Inventing Avi, Jekyll & Hyde) as Guido's mother, Cari Chrisastomou as Sarraghina, Erin O'Neil as Stephanie Necrophorus and Jesmille Darbouze as Our Lady of the Spa.

The Nine ensemble includes Lanene Charters, Crystal Kellogg, Leah Landau, Natalie Newman, Terry Palasz, Amanda Pulcini, Terry Rakov, Shannon Lea Smith, Haley Swindal, Karen Webb, Zach Rand, Travis Ramirez, Adrian Nobile, Troy Tripicchio, Ryan Jones and John Carlos Lefkowitz.

The production has musical direction by Sue Anderson, as well as designs by Michael Bottari and Ronald Case (scenic and costume design), Andrew Gmoser (lighting design) and Jon Hatton (sound design). Based on the semi-autobiographical Fellini film "8 ½," Nine premiered on Broadway in 1982, starring Raul Julia, Anita Morris and Karen Akers. The Tommy Tune-directed production won five Tony Awards, including Best Musical. In 2003, Broadway saw a revival boasting an all-star cast including Antonio Banderas, Chita Rivera, Jane Krakowski and Mary Stuart Masterson. Directed by David Leveaux and reset in the early 1960s, the revival won two Tonys, including Best Revival.

The recent film adaptation starred Daniel Day-Lewis, Penelope Cruz, Marion Cotillard, Sophia Loren, Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson, Judi Dench and Fergie.
