News Noone, Scott and Connolly Hold Atheist Talk Back Nov. 20 The Atheist playwright Ronan Noone and actor Campbell Scott will take part in a discussion of Irish American plays at the Barrow Street Theatre on Nov. 20.

Following the 8 PM performance, Aidan Connolly, executive director of the Irish Arts Center, will moderate the discussion entitled "An Irish American and His American Plays."

Scott appears as the ruthless reporter Augustine Early in the solo play by Ronan Noone that currently plays every other week through Jan. 4, 2009. Circle in the Square Theatre and the Culture Project co-produce The Atheist which began performances Oct. 7 and runs in repertory with Culture Project's In Conflict.

When Augustine turns a prominent local politician's tawdry predilections into front-page news, the scandal threatens to undo the one person Augustine thought was immune — himself."

The design team comprises Ben Stanton (lighting design), Cristina Todesco (set design) and Alex Neumann (sound design). Emily Ellen Roberts is the stage manager.

The Barrow Street Theatre is located in the West Village at 27 Barrow Street at 7th Avenue South. For more tickets and more information visit www.cultureproject.org.
