Represented on Broadway this season with the 50th anniversary revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, starring Daniel Radcliffe, Zadan and Meron are also poised to debut their new musical television series "Smash" on NBC in February 2012.

The producers are being honored with NYMF's Lifetime Achievement Award for "bringing musical theatre to a worldwide, pop-culture audience," according to NYMF. Radcliffe will be on hand to present the award.

"We are thrilled to honor Neil and Craig with our Lifetime Achievement Award,” said NYMF executive director and producer Isaac Robert Hurwitz in a statement. "With their recent revival of Promises, Promises and this season’s How To Succeed… as well as their film adaptations of 'Chicago,' 'Hairspray,' 'Gypsy,' 'Cinderella,' 'Annie,' 'The Music Man,' and the upcoming 'Footloose,' their passion and dedication to the theatre is truly exceptional. NYMF's mission is to present new work and we feel honored to have their support."

The NYMF Awards for Excellence also recognize achievements in outstanding productions from the annual festival. Musical performances highlight nominated productions.
