Bromius Beaujolais may look like a wine industry executive, but he's actually the god Bacchus in David Rosenthal's take on The Bacchae, making its BareBones debut at the Lark Studio Jan. 16-21. Giovanni Sardelli directs.

When Beaujolais enters their lives, a bourgeoise couple finds their routine ripped apart, forcing them to reasses their existance. Bromius Beaujolais was read in the 2001 Playwrights Week at the Lark.
