Tickets for Part 1 and Part 2 will only cost $20 each in person at the Lyric box office March 10.

For March 10 only, 1,200 tickets to Broadway's Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will be on sale at the Lyric box office for $20 each (that's $40 total for both parts of the show), in person only.

The tickets are only for the first two previews, March 16 (Part 1) and March 17 (Part 2), and will be released at the box office at 8 PM. Buyers are allowed to buy only two tickets for each part.

The Lyric box office is located at 214 West 43rd Street.

Opening night is set for April 22. The play, penned by Jack Thorne and based on a story by Thorne, director John Tiffany, and original series author J.K. Rowling, takes place as the title wizard’s youngest son begins his first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.


Jamie Parker and Noma Dumezweni, who won Olivier Awards for their performances as Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, respectively, will reprise their roles. Rounding out the trio is Paul Thornley as Ron Weasley.

Also reprising their roles from the West End run are Poppy Miller as Ginny Potter, Sam Clemmett as Albus Potter, Alex Price as Draco Malfoy, and Anthony Boyle as Scorpius Malfoy.

Completing the cast are David Abeles, Brian Abraham, Shirine Babb, Jess Barbagallo, Olivia Bond, Stephen Bradbury, Lauren Nicole Cipoletti, Will Coombs, Joshua De Jesus, Jessie Fisher, Richard Gallagher, Susan Heyward, Geraldine Hughes,Edward James Hyland, Byron Jennings, Katie Kreisler, Joey LaBrasca, Andrew Long, Landon Maas, Kathryn Meisle, Angela Reed, Dave Register, Adeola Role, JamesRomney, Nathan Salstone, Malika Samuel, Alanna Saunders, Brooklyn Shuck, David St. Louis, Stuart Ward, Madeline Weinstein, Alex Weisman, and Benjamin Wheelwright.
