News Oscar Winner Shirley Jones Will Play the Café Carlyle The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel has announced that stage and screen star Shirley Jones will be part of the Café Carlyle's current season.

The Academy Award-winning actress will play the intimate venue March 4-15. Additional details will be announced at a later time.

Upcoming engagements include singer-songwriter and actress Nellie McKay, who will make her Carlyle debut in Nellie with a Z Feb. 18-22; and Maude Maggart, who will make her debut with The Door Opened Feb. 25-March 1.

Shirley Jones appeared in the Broadway productions of South Pacific, Maggie Flynn and 42nd Street, but is best known for her work on the small and silver screens. She was the matriarch of "The Partridge Family" and also starred in the films of "Oklahoma," "Carousel" and "The Music Man." Jones won an Academy Award for her performance in "Elmer Gantry."
