News Paul Weitz Will Adapt His Film "In Good Company" for CBS American film producer, screenwriter and playwright Paul Weitz plans to adapt his film "In Good Company" into a half-hour hybrid comedy for CBS, according to Deadline.com.

Weitz will co-write the series and executive produce alongside his brother, Chris Weitz. Universal TV is producing with Chris Weitz' Depth of Field banner, which also co-produced the movie with Universal Pictures.

Josh Bycel and Jon Fener will also co-write "In Good Company," which will stay true to its source material and center on a middle-aged ad exec whose new boss is half his age and begins dating his daughter.

The movie starred Dennis Quaid, Topher Grace and Scarlett Johansson.
