News PHOTO CALL: 1920’s Infamous “Round Table” Brought to Life with Talk of the Town Performances The new musical Talk of the Town, which brings to life some of Manhattan’s most beloved literary figures from the early 20th century, is currently running at the Algonquin Hotel.

Staged by Peccadillo Theatre Company, Talk of the Town forges into the relationships of the select group of larger than life figures – including Dorothy Parker and George S. Kaufman – who made up the historic Algonquin Round Table in 1920’s Manhattan. The show was recently given an open-ended run. Below, cast members Jeffrey Biering, Adam McDonald, Kristin Maloney, Chris Weikel, Donna Coney Island, Rob Seitelman and Stephen Wilde are seen before a performance of The Talk of the Town at the Oak Room in the Algonquin Hotel on West 44th Street in New York City on Oct. 10.
