The show "is a farcical, musical adventure with the audience at the Helm! Captain Henry Martin and his crew of misfit pirates have been flung in to the future by a befuddled sea witch, and their only chance of returning home is performing the greatest pirate epic ever seen on stage! But when their script is torn asunder, these pirates-turned-players are forced to improvise their show as it unfolds, based upon the audience’s suggestions. Double entendres, thrilling swordfights, and raucous, improvised musical numbers abound in madcap musical comedy!"

The Greatest Pirate Story Never Told features David Anthony, Rebeca Diaz, Christopher Leidenfrost, Risa Petrone, Kevin Maphis, and Dan Pivovar.

The production includes set design by Katy Roberts, lighting design by Christopher Weston, sound design by Denis Zepeda, choreography by Risa Petrone, fight choreography by Randy Kiersnowski, costumes by Scott McNeill. Kristi Leigh is the stage manager. Tickets are $59 and $99 and can be purchased online at Ticketmaster www.ticketmaster.com. More information can be found at www.greatestpiratestory.com.

The Snapple Theater Center is located at 1627 Broadway at 50th St. (210 West 50th St.).
