News PHOTO CALL: Christiane Noll, Darius de Haas, Christopher Sieber Celebrate New Scott Alan CD Composer and lyricist Scott Alan celebrated his latest recording, "What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up," with a CD signing and performance at the Barnes & Noble at Lincoln Triangle in Manhattan Dec. 3.

The free event featured Alan as well as Christiane Noll, Darius de Haas, Nikki Renee Daniels, Zak Resnick and Christopher Sieber, along with musical director Jesse Vargas. The concert was followed by a CD signing.

Among the singing actors who lend their vocal talents to the new recording are Nikki Renee Daniels (Promises, Promises), Diana DeGarmo (Hair), Darius de Haas (Children of Eden), Cassie McIvor (Wicked – Japan), Crystal Monee Hall (Rent), Morgan James (The Addams Family), Patina Miller (West End's Sister Act), Christiane Noll (Ragtime), Laura Osnes (South Pacific), Zak Resnick (The Broadway Boys), Christopher Sieber (Shrek: The Musical), Bobby Steggert (Ragtime) and Willemijn Verkaik (Wicked – Germany).

Vargas is the arranger, orchestrator, conductor and co-producer of the CD.
