Two more of the Easter bonnets: Chicago and Stomp. Annie Get Your Gun created the Most Fabulous Easter Bonnet with their cowboy hat creation. The Music Man's brassy entry took second place and Cabaret's salad bowl came in third. Neil Simon's The Dinner Party took the top fundraising spot, raising a total of $175,225, with Annie Get Your Gun a close second ($175,146) and The Lion King coming in third ($120,714). Stomp raised the most for an Off-Broadway company. All together, the 2001 Easter Bonnet brought in a record-breaking $2,275,658.38 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
