Leading the cast as the formidable mother-daughter duo of Edna and Tracy Turnblad are, respectively, Paul Vogt - who has previously played the role in New York, Las Vegas and Boston - and newcomer Joline Mujica.
Also featured are Inga Ballard (Ragtime national tour) as Motormouth Maybelle, Dick Decareau as Wilbur Turnblad, Wilkie Ferguson (Hairspray national tour) as Seaweed J. Stubbs, Joanna Glushak as Velma Von Tussle, Tyler Hanes (A Chorus Line revival) as teen heartthrob Link Larkin, Halle Morse as Little Inez, Hayley Podschun (Sunday in the Park... revival) as Penny Pingleton, John Scherer (1776, Hello, Dolly, ...Forum) as Corny Collins, Heather White as Amber Von Tussle, Stacey Scotte as Prudy Pingleton and Ron Wisniski as Harriman F. Spritzer.
Ayesha Ayeni, Miki Berg, Shelby Braxton-Brooks, Melvin L. Clark Iii, Shiloh Goodin, Robert Hartwell, Tim Hausmann, Garett Hawe, De Undre C. James, Jeanne Marie Jacobson, Sarah Marie Jenkins, Matthew Kilgore, Kia Lee, Joël René, Brian Roethlisberger and Nikki Tomlinson make up the ensemble.
Gary John La Rosa directs with choreography by Bob Richard and musical direction by Darren Cohen.
