News PHOTO CALL: Jez Butterworth's Jerusalem Set to Play West End Jerusalem — the Jez Butterworth play that is currently topping year-end, best-of roundups — will soon transfer to the West End.

Jerusalem, directed by Ian Rickson, played at the Royal Court Theatre this past summer to much critical acclaim. The production's success landed it a transfer to the West End's Apollo Theatre where it is due to begin performances on Jan. 28, 2010.

Mark Rylance and Mackenzie Crook led a cast that included Jessica Barden, Tom Brooke, Greg Burridge, Lewis Coppen, Alan David, Aimeé-Ffion Edwards, Lenny Harvey, Gerard Horan, Danny Kirrane, Charlotte Mills, Lucy Montgomery, Sarah Moyle, Dan Poole, Harvey Robinson and Barry Sloane.
