Oscar nominee Lurhman's staging of the classic Puccini opera about doomed lovers loving and losing among the poor poets, artists and writers of Bohemian Paris begins previews at the Broadway Theatre Nov. 22 after a pre-Broadway run in San Francisco. Lurhman's interpretation sets the Italian opera in 1957 and will be sung in the original with English surtitles.
