The legendary theatre establishment played host to the evening. In attendance were Arija Bareikis, Lauren Velez, Visi Sturgis, actress Marian Seldes and composer Sheldon Harnick, along with Saidah Arrika Ekulona, playwright Lynn Nottage, and Myra Lucretia Taylor. Intimate Apparel is currently playing at the Roundabout Theatre Company's Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold & Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. The production is directed by Daniel Sullivan and is scheduled to close on June 6, pending an extension.
