Presented by the The Broadway League and Coalition of Broadway Unions and Guilds, the event "recognizes the myriad of artists, technicians, and craftspeople who have made Broadway great for decades."
Marc Bruni directed the event, which featured a musical performance by Tony Award nominee Laura Osnes (Bonnie & Clyde, Cinderella). Charlie Alterman served as musical director.

Broadway Salutes pays tribute to the work of theatre professionals including stagehands, wardrobe workers, hair and makeup artists, theatre owners, actors, producers, playwrights, casting directors, general managers, publicists, ushers, designers, musicians, directors, choreographers and more, who have worked 25, 35 and 50 years within their crafts.
The Max Martin musical features a number of his most beloved songs, including “…Baby One More Time,” “Roar,” “Since U Been Gone,” “It’s My Life,” “I Want It That Way,” “Can’t Stop the Feeling!,” and more.
