Sen. Kennedy, who represents the state of Massachusetts in the United States Senate, has long been a supporter of the arts in Washington D.C. After the performance, Sen. Kennedy was introduced to the cast, crew and creative team of the show, which runs at the hugely popular festival through Aug. 14. At left, Sen. Kennedy is seen with Williamstown artistic director Roger Rees during intermission, while below, the Senator took to the stage for a photo with the full company after the opening night performance.
