News PHOTO EXCLUSIVE: Williamstown's All-Male Forum in Rehearsal Actress and director Jessica Stone's new all-male version of Stephen Sondheim's madcap musical comedy A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum will premiere June 30-July 11 at the Williamstown Theatre Festival.

Stone recently told Playbill.com that she sees her staging as "a troupe of actors in Plautus' Rome performing the show, hence the all-male thing. I'm intrigued by the idea of this story, which has been so lovingly crafted in honor of Plautus' comedies, being performed in the way that his comedies would have been."

Forum stars Stone's husband, Tony Award nominee Christopher Fitzgerald, in the role of Pseudolus. Also featured are Josh Grisetti as Hysterium, Jeremy Shamos doubling as Senex/Vibrata, Chivas Michael as Domina/Panacea, David Costabile as Marcus Lycus, Bryce Pinkham as Hero, David Turner as Philia, Kevin Cahoon as Erronious/Tintinabula and Graham Rowat as Miles Gloriosus. Paul Castree, Jon Patrick Walker, Adam Lerman, Joe Aaron Reid and Zackary Grady complete the cast.

Playbill.com got an exclusive look inside the practice room. Here is a sneak peek, photographed at New 42nd Street Studios::
