News Pine and Torn Will Read Genet's The Balcony Larry Pine and Angelica Torn will participate in a Nov. 5 reading of Jean Genet's play The Balcony at Makor, a branch of the 92nd Street Y.

The cast will also include Larry Block, Bob Heller, Bob Sonderskov, Alexander Eitel, Cristina Doikos, Elizabeth DeSantis and Ronald Rand. Stephan Morrow will direct. Pine's Broadway credits include Bus Stop, Angels in America and Joe Egg. Torn appeared on Broadway in Side Man.

The Balcony is a dark satire set in a brothel, where patrons engage in various politically charged role plays.
