Despite the serious tone of the past year (impending war, further economic downturn), certain parts of the theatre continue to wallow in goofiness. There were a few titles that seemed to hint at something more than silliness — Between Iraq and a Hard Place, Ted Kaczynski Killed People With Bombs — but mostly, 2002's wackier theatrical offerings stuck to the big three topics: insanity, bodily fluids and sex.
