David Gersten and Associates is now open for business. The new press agency, serving the worlds of entertainment, has moved into offices at 1560 Broadway, Suite 1109. Gersten was for many years a member of David Rothenberg's office and, before that, at Henry Luhrman's. Rothenberg recently opted to retire after many years in the business. Gersten has taken with him several of Rothenberg's clients, including the 13-year-old hit Tony n' Tina's Wedding, the Mint Theatre, Late Nite Catechism, the Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation, the Cherry Lane Alternative, the David Merrick Foundation. and the Melting Pot Theatre.
