News Quartermaine's Terms, with Tony Winner Mays, Begins Williamstown Run Aug. 12 The Williamstown Theatre Festival production of Simon Gray's Quartermaine's Terms, starring Tony Award winner Jefferson Mays, begins performances Aug. 12.

Tony nominee Maria Aitken (The 39 Steps) directs the production, which is the final offering of the Williamstown Theatre Festival season. Performances continue through Aug. 23.

In addition to Mays (I Am My Own Wife, Journey's End, Pygmalion), the cast features Ann Dowd (The Seagull, Doubt), Simon Jones (Blithe Spirit), Jeremy Beck (Betrayed), Morgan Hallett (Translations), John Horton (A Touch of the Poet) and Stephen Kunken (Frost/Nixon).

Simon's 1960's comedy, according to Williamstown, "follows an endearingly eccentric group of English teachers in Cambridge whose insatiable quest for knowledge has masked their secret longings for passion, romance, and true happiness."

The creative team includes set designer Derek McLane, costume designer Martin Pakledinaz, lighting designer Kevin Adams and sound designer Drew Levy.
