The original Broadway cast recording of Two Gentlemen of Verona, which won the 1972 Tony Award for Best Musical, will be available in stores (and on CD) May 14.

Starring Raul Julia and Clifton Davis, the newly remastered recording features over 78 minutes of music as well as original cover art, photographs and a new synopsis and essay. Based on Shakespeare's tale of two small town boys who head to the big city, Verona featured a score by Galt MacDermot (music) and John Guare (lyrics) and a book by Guare and Mel Shapiro. It premiered at the Public's Delacorte Theater before transferring to Broadway's St. James Theatre, where it ran for 614 performances.

Also featured on the newly remastered CD are Jonelle Allen, Diana Dvila, Norman Matlock, Alix Elias, Frank O'Brien, Jose Perez, Frederic Warriner, Alvin Lum and John Bottoms. The complete track listing follows:
