The stage adaptation of Waitress made its official U.K. premiere March 7 as the musical celebrated its opening night at London's Adelphi Theatre.

Katharine McPhee takes center stage as Jenna in the West End engagement of the Sara Bareilles musical, reprising her performance after making her Broadway debut in the role last year. Joining her are 30 Rock Emmy nominee Jack McBrayer as Ogie, David Hunter as Dr. Pomatter, Marisha Wallace as Becky, Laura Baldwin as Dawn, Peter Hannah as Earl, and Shaun Prendergast as Old Joe.

Fifi Christophers and Arabella Duffy make their West End debuts sharing the role of Lulu.

Waitress was the first Broadway musical to have women in the four top creative team spots: original music and lyrics by Grammy nominee Bareilles, a book by Jessie Nelson, direction by Tony winner Diane Paulus (Pippin, Finding Neverland), and choreography by Lorin Latarro.
