In the wake of a sold-out October Fan Appreciation Night, Off-Broadway’s Puffs or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic announces a November Fan Appreciation Night for November 1.
The evening features a reading of a new play by Puffs playwright Matt Cox. Still in the world of Harry Potter spinoffs, Dude Where’s My Fantastic Beast or; 30 Short Films About Magical New York in 1926 When a Puff Came for a Quick Visit and the Disaster that Followed...Film 1 of 5 takes its cue from the movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (which starred Tony winners Eddie Redmayne and Dan Fogler). This story also takes the viewpoint of the house of Puff.
Directed by Kristin McCarthy Parker (Puffs), the reading will be performed by the Puffs cast, including Langston Belton, Madeleine Bundy, Jessie Cannizzaro, Nick Carrillo, Anna Dart, A.J. Ditty, Julie Ann Earls, James Fouhey, Jake Keefe, Andy Miller, Zac Moon, Eleanor Philips, and Stephen Stout.
