News Reading of New Musical Loving Leo to Feature Farah Alvin and Michael Winther The Contemporary Traditionalists will present an invitation-only staged reading of the new musical Loving Leo Dec. 5 at the NYU Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Department Black Box Theatre.

The 8 PM reading will feature the talents of Farah Alvin and Michael Winther. Jeremy Dobrish directs with musical direction by Fred Lassen.

Loving Leo features music by Zach Redler and book and lyrics by Sara Cooper.

The musical is described as such: "David and Lena, a 50-something childless couple take in Lena's step-father, Leo, after the death of her mother. Leo's presence forces the couple to confront questions and issues concerning their marriage and the choices they have made in their lives — both individually and as a couple."
