Christopher Fitzgerald (Amour, Observe the Sons of Ulster...) and Jessica Stone (The Smell of the Kill, Design For Living) — real-life husband and wife — will star as romantic leads Henry Dewlip and his secretary Miss Smith in the Huntington production. Springtime for Henry focuses on the charming playboy who may just change his ways when he falls for his secretary.
Martin, who directed the recent Boston-to-Off-Broadway transfer of Observe the Sons of Ulster Marching Towards the Somme, will direct a cast that also includes Mia Barron and Jeremy Shamos. The design team for Springtime for Henry include James Noone (set), David Weiner (lights), Michael Krass (costumes), and Kurt Kellenberger (sound).
Actor Robert Sean Leonard was originally tapped to headline in this Huntington production, but bowed out for the upcoming Broadway production of Long Day's Journey Into Night.
