Red Bull's Revelation Readings series continues Sept. 29 with Ben Jonson's The Silent Woman featuring Academy Award winner F. Murray Abraham.

Michael Kahn's adaptation of the Jacobean play is described as a satirical and savvy work with a surprisingly sexy twist. Art Manke directs the sold out 7 PM reading at the Theater at St. Clement's. Abraham leads a cast that features Dakin Matthews, Jason Butler Harner, Marcus Dean Fuller, Drew Foster, Stephen Bel Davies, Danny Scheie, John Livingston Rolle, Nicholas Galbraith, Cynthia Mace, Jennifer White, Beth Dixon, Alex Brown, Jason Kravits and Carolyn Seymour.

Upcoming Revelation Readings include David Greenspan's A Horse's Ass, directed by Leigh Silverman (Oct. 6); Percy Bysshe Shelley's The Cenci, directed by Eleanor Holdridge and featuring Lisa Harrow and Roger Rees (Oct. 27); John Marston's The Malcontent, featuring Matthew Rauch under the direction of Ethan McSweeney (Nov. 17); Marlowe's Doctor Faustus, directed by Mark Lamos (Dec. 8); Luis Alfaro's Electricidad, directed by Lisa Peterson (Jan. 12, 2009); Peter Shaffer's The Royal Hunt of the Sun, directed by Joe Hardy (Feb. 23, 2009); and Miguel de Cervantes' The Siege of Numantia, presented by Moisés Kaufman (March 2, 2009).
