LOS ANGELES -- . The next production for the Relentless Theatre Co. is Skin, an adaptation of Georg Buchner's Woyzeck. The play, written by Naomi Lizuka and directed by Olivia Honegger, opens June 12 at the Los Angeles Playhouse and runs through July 18.
"Skin tells the story of Jones, "a man struggling to find his place in the hostile society of the misunderstood, striving to make a life for himself, his girlfriend Mary and their daughter. He is eventually driven to extreme measures in an attempt to regain his dignity," said a company spokesperson.
The cast includes Oscar Aguello, Vincent Castellonos, Melody Dyole, Alex Fernandez, Wendy Johnson, Michael Tierney and Cliff Weissman, among others.
