The "podplay," which was conceived and directed by Erin B. Mee and written by Jessie Bear, is available for purchase through the iTunes Store. It features sound design by Matthew Wilson.
Ferry Play includes two acts. The first is meant to be listened to on the trip from Manhattan to Staten Island. The second is meant to be listened on the trip from Staten Island back to Manhattan.
The cast includes Stephen Bennett, J. Stephen Brantley, Lindsay Bregenzer, Isabel Bregenzer, Emily Cordes, Ratnesh Dubey, Caitlin Goldie, Ali Kennedy Scott, Daniel Leeman Smith, Gabriela Agape, Lily Narbonne, Tom Nelis, Clara Pagone, Leila Satyanath-Mee and Mirelly Vargas.
