Riverdance star Brian Kennedy, who leaves that show Dec. 3, will perform one last solo gig at Arlene Grocery at 9 PM on Nov. 27, one hour earlier than previously advertised in New York City.
The Irish singer has explored a variety of musical projects while he’s been in New York working on Riverdance—On Broadway. A popular recording artist, he has been doing solo concerts at Arlene Grocery since July. While he has been in New York, Kennedy has twice had the opportunity to perform for President Clinton.
After leaving Riverdance on Dec. 3, Kennedy and band will conduct a December-January tour of the United Kingdom with The Corrs.
There is a $10 cover charge at Arlene Grocery, which is located at 95 Stanton Street (between Orchard and Ludlow Streets). For information call (21) 358-1633.
