Loveless, Texas has music and lyrics by Henry Aronson and libretto by Cailin Heffernan; Heffernan directs the workshop.

Joining the previously announced Brandon Wardell, Jenn Colella, Katie Rose Clarke, Heath Calvert, Sarah Glendening, Amanda Lea Lavergne, Jason Loughlin and Kelly Maier are Robert Cuccioli (Jekyll and Hyde), David Larsen (Billy Elliot), Buzz Roddy (The Primary English Class), Kurt Elftmann and Lynne Halliday.

Loveless, Texas, according to press notes, is a "romantic musical comedy set in Texas in 1929. The book is loosely based on Shakespeare's Love's Labour's Lost, and the Americana-flavored score ranges from Texas swing to bluegrass, blues, and Cajun waltz."
