News Runolfsson to Join Hamlisch for Monster Mash Concerts Anne Runolfsson, who recently ended her run as opera diva Carlotta Giudicelli in Broadway's The Phantom of the Opera, will join tenor Doug LaBrecque and soprano Jenny Baker for three upcoming concerts at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Entitled Marvin's Halloween Monster Mash, the Oct. 26-28 concerts will boast the National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Tony Award winner Marvin Hamlisch. The concerts — Oct. 26 and 27 at 7 PM and Oct. 28 at 8 PM — are scheduled to feature tunes from The Phantom of the Opera and Sweeney Todd as well as the theme to "Psycho" and the tango from "Addams Family Values."

Anne Runolfsson has appeared on Broadway in The Phantom of the Opera, Victor/Victoria, Cyrano, Aspects of Love and Les Misérables as well as in the national tours of The Secret Garden and Les Miz; her Off-Broadway credits include Listen to My Heart, Jack's Holiday and Cather County. Runolfsson has performed with symphony orchestras throughout the country, and her acclaimed debut solo recording is entitled "At Sea."
